Cloud Pencil Case

Keep your writing instruments in this convenient pencil case. Made from cloud printed cotton canvas, it is stitched in our tailoring design studio, with handmade frog button zipper pulls.

Clouds, carrying water, driven by wind, dominate the Tibetan Plateau sky with their changing, billowing forms. They advance, retreat, and turn from white to yellow or pink depending on the time of day, and from grey to charcoal, dictated by the weather. Herders, taking a break on the pasture look up at their changing shapes, to dream or see into the future.

Clouds have inspired Tibetan artists and craftsmen who paint, sculpt, and carve them into all aspects of their lives.
